The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Interfering with or disrupting the App or its servers

• Using the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations

• Using the App to collect personal information from others without their consent

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App or its code

• Using the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid to access the App, if any.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your breach of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
